As a mother of three, I understand the wide array of emotions leading up to and accompanying the birth of a baby. It's everything from love, joy, and anticipation to uncertainty and even sometimes anxiousness.

As a Certified Birth Doula, I understand the dynamic ways in which birth can unfold. It is my role to support you with concrete information and a variety of physical techniques.

As a Christian, I believe that motherhood is a holy calling ordained by the Almighty. I believe that birth experiences are transformative, that they do not need to be suffered through, but instead are opportunities to gracefully rely on His providence.
